Who do you call when you need advice? Your mum? Your dad? Your friends? Turning to friends and family for advice is great, but what would you do if they couldn’t help? That’s where your local citizens advice bureau comes in.
East Dunbartonshire Citizens Advice Bureau is here to offer free advice on all of life’s little questions, from repairing and improving your house to which benefits you might be eligible for.
We’re a friendly bunch; and we’re here to help, so why not pop into our offices for a chat with one of the team? With outreach points in most areas of East Dunbartonshire and our aim is to make sure you leave us feeling informed, happy and confident.
We take a people-centred approach to advice, so whatever your age or background, we can help. We’re forward thinking too, and other bureaus look to us. In fact, Citizen’s Advice East Dunbartonshire was the first bureau to obtain the Scottish National Standards. This means we invest in our people, ensuring all volunteers receive comprehensive training. And that we always ensure the best people are on hand to offer the correct advice. Whether you want advice on your finances or help setting up a Power of Attorney, you can call us. Maybe you’d even like to volunteer with us.
You might think, “I don’t need help from the Citizens Advice Bureau.” But even if you’re not sure we’re for you, why not call us or pop in to say hello? You might be surprised at the variety of advice on offer, and you’ll always find us willing to listen and happy to help.
So browse our website, drop us a message or give us a call on 0141 775 3220. Alternatively, make an appointment or pop in to your local Citizens Advice Bureau today for a friendly chat and free advice.
