Your Rights at Work

All employees should be fully informed of their rights and responsibilities when working in Scotland and the UK. From information on wages, holidays and sickness, to parental rights and flexible working. Make sure you know your rights and what you are entitled to. Simply drop in and we can talk it all through with you.

If you are experiencing problems at your work, we can help you to deal with it effectively. Whether you’re in the first steps of raising an issue at work, or you’re thinking of going to a tribunal, please get in touch. We can look through all the options together and come up with a plan to help settle your dispute.

You can make an appointment at any of our outreach surgeries or call into one of our drop-in services.
